To Sarah, William and Henry. We would like to send our thoughts and aroha to you. I will always remember Andrew as a practical, reliable, generous and fun loving person. We first met in 1984, through the formation of Whakatane Rotaract. It was the start of a life long friendship. Andrew organised a White Island trip. He knew a guy with a boat that could take us out. It was a crazy trip as we were the only people on the island and had no idea what we were doing. Luckily Brad Scott was on the trip too. He was a volcanologist and he knew the safe places to walk! Another time the Hick family was having a gathering in Auckland. We happened to be in Auckland too. Andrew didn't hesitate to invite us along. So we joined the Hick family and had a wonderful lunch. We will always miss you, Andrew, when the Rotaract crowd get together. Rest in peace, my lovely friend. Leigh and George Burrell and family.
